The season will be 60 games spanning 66 days with the Pirates beginning the season on July 24th and wrapping up the year on September 27th. However, after the Pirates picked up the left-hander in a trade from the Philadelphia Phillies, fans began to see what the exciting 27 year old could do out of the bullpen. With the start of a new season comes intrigue and excitement as fans and players alike get ready for the next eight months of action. They fell 2-1 to the defending AL Central Champions, but got a strong showing from Mitch Keller in his Grapefruit League debut.
