The 2020 Rule 5 Draft is scheduled to take place on December 10th, 2020, as part of the Winter Meetings and the Pirates have some interesting prospects eligible. Pirates Minor League pitcher Shea Murray is continuing to get that chance as he tries to move to the Altoona Curve in 2020. The thing that plagues Murray is his control issues that have haunted him on the mound and almost made him give up on baseball several times.
